Form and Essence is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our expanding team. You will collaborate with a global group of designers, strategists, and technologists to create impactful physical and digital products.

 

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience, interface, and visual design across mobile, web, and multi-platform products
• Deep command of visual design principles — typography, grids, composition — applied to digital experiences
• Proven experience building and maintaining pixel-perfect design systems
• Ability to communicate concepts through sketches, flows, and wireframes
• High proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; Rhino preferred; After Effects a plus
• Familiarity with software development processes and cross-functional teamwork
• Strong English, written and spoken
